Student Body Association
A big part of why the learning experience at Texas Chiropractic College is such a positive one for students is that they play a significant role in shaping the institution’s culture and offerings. Much of this is done through the Student Body Association (SBA).
Once you enroll as a student at TCC, you will automatically become a member of the SBA—the College’s major student government organization. The president and vice president of each class at TCC serve on the SBA’s executive committee.
The primary responsibilities of the SBA include:
- Representing the student body to the TCC administration
- Supporting student organizations and activities
- Serving on various institutional committees
- Participating in TCC’s self-evaluation process
More than anything, the mission and purpose of the SBA is to give you, and every other student at TCC, an effective voice in the overall operation of the College.
The SBA constitution and a list of committees with student representation may be found in the Vice President of Student Affairs Office.
