Student American Black Chiropractic Association


The purpose of the American Black Chiropractic Association (ABCA) is to help recruit, encourage and support black persons to study chiropractic. The organization encourages research and development of the science, philosophy, and art of chiropractic. It also donates time and service to health clinics, provides community education and facilitates the exchange of knowledge and experience among Doctors of Chiropractic. The ABCA was founded in 1982 by Dr. Bobby Westbrooks. (from the ABCA)

The Student American Black Chiropractic Association (SABCA) at TCC provides its members with the opportunity to:

  • Build professional relationships with various African-American chiropractors
  • Participate in numerous community service projects
  • Mentor fellow students
  • Assist TCC in recruiting qualified
