PASADENA, Texas – Of the many happenings at Homecoming, the biggest
highlight for Texas Chiropractic College was the surprise announcement
at the Centennial Celebration Reception by Standard Process.
Representing Standard Process President Charles DuBois, Dr. Mary Beth
Larsen, the chiropractic relations manager, took the podium to offer
congratulatory remarks in recognition of the College’s centennial, then
presented a check for $100,000 to President Richard G. Brassard.
“I was surprised and honored when Dr. Larsen presented us with such
a generous gift at Homecoming,” said Dr. Brassard. “Standard Process
has long supported TCC and the chiropractic profession, and I look
forward to continuing work with them in the future.”
In addition to this gift, Standard Process presented TCC with a
check for $25,000 in January to help kick-off the College’s Centennial.
“Standard Process is proud to have a strong relationship with Texas
Chiropractic College,” said Mr. DuBois. “For the past 100 years, TCC
has played an important role in teaching future chiropractors the
fundamentals of health and wellness, and as a result, more patients
have achieved a higher quality of health and well-being. It is our
honor to be able to help celebrate the legacy they have built.”
