Provisional, Conditional and Official Acceptance Levels
Provisional Acceptance will be granted when the prospective student has completed the following criteria:
- Application fee has been paid
- 45 overall units of coursework complete
- 18 hours of prerequisite coursework complete, 8 of which are in the sciences
- A minimum science prerequisite GP A of 2. 50
- A minimum overall prerequisite GP A of 2. 50
- Transfer form complete (If attended a chiropractic college)
Conditional Acceptance will be granted when the prospective student has completed all requirements for the Provisional Acceptance and the following criteria:
- 60 overall units of coursework complete
- 36 hours of prerequisite coursework complete, 12 of which are in the sciences
- A minimum science prerequisite GP A of 2. 50
- A minimum overall prerequisite GPA of 2.50
- A registration form for the remaining prerequisite course work has been received
- One letter of recommendation
- The Admissions Essay has been completed and received
Official Acceptance will be granted when the prospective student has completed all requirements for the Conditional Acceptance and the following criteria:
- 90 overall units of coursework complete
- All CCE prerequisite coursework complete
- All Official Educational Institutional Transcripts
- A minimum science prerequisite GPA of 2.50
- A minimum overall prerequisite GPA of 2.50
- Paid tuition deposit
- Two letters of recommendation (Doctor of Chiropractic and Faculty)
- The Admissions Essay has been completed and received
Additional for International Students for Official Acceptance:
- National Association Letter of Approval (If needed)
- TOEFL
- Certification of Finances*
- I-20*
*The 1-20 can be completed once a Conditional Acceptance has been granted and the Certificate of Finances has been received.
Note: Any pre-professional coursework completed following the granting of Official Acceptance must be submitted to the Admissions Department as soon as it is complete.
